We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced AEM Architect to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in driving the design, development, and implementation of AEM solutions for our clients.

Requirements
- 8+ years of enterprise software development background with at least 4+ years in AEM architecture and solution design
- Deep understanding of AEM 6.x+, including Sites, Assets, Sling, OSGi, Sightly (HTL), Workflows, and JCR
- Proficiency in Java/J2EE, Servlets, JSP, RESTful APIs, and OSGi services
- Experience with AEM integrations involving CRMs, Analytics, SSO/Identity Providers (e.g., Okta), and custom backends
- Familiarity with frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React or Angular is a plus)
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure (Adobe Cloud Manager, AWS, Azure) and DevOps practices
- Competency in CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Maven, Git, and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Understanding of SEO, web accessibility (WCAG), and web performance best practices
- Skills in AEM, SPA Editor, and content APIs
- Practice in content migrations, version upgrades, and hybrid implementations

Responsibilities
- Architect, design, and lead the implementation of AEM-based enterprise content management solutions
- Define best practices for AEM development, deployment, and integration with enterprise systems
- Translate complex business requirements into scalable AEM architecture and component designs
- Oversee the development of AEM Sites, Assets, custom components, templates, workflows, and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including frontend, backend, DevOps, QA, and UX to ensure end-to-end solution delivery
- Perform code and architecture reviews to maintain performance, quality, and security standards
- Mentor development teams on AEM and related technologies
- Define deployment and release strategies, including automation via CI/CD and containerized environments
- Stay updated with Adobe product roadmaps and advise stakeholders on new capabilities and digital experience innovations
