We are looking for a Solana-focused Frontend Engineer to play a critical role in building and scaling cutting-edge platforms at the forefront of SocialFi. You will work across web and mobile, delivering high-performance, user-centric applications in an environment where speed, ownership, and innovation are paramount. This isn't just a UI role; you will bridge the gap between complex on-chain logic and seamless user experiences, ensuring our infrastructure handles high-velocity interactions with ease.

Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Develop smart contracts for upcoming features and write the corresponding React code to handle our infrastructure.
• Optimization: Continuously improve transaction success rates and submission speeds to maintain a competitive user experience.
• SDK Development: Build and maintain SDKs to ensure a smooth, reliable interface between our smart contracts and our web/mobile applications.
• Integration: Read and interpret Anchor code to ensure frontend features are perfectly aligned with on-chain capabilities.
• End-to-End Ownership: Lead the development of new tools and features from conception to deployment, maintaining a "ship now, iterate later" mindset.

Requirements

We value high-agency individuals who can navigate the nuances of the Solana ecosystem and ship high-quality code in a fast-paced startup environment.

• Solana Expertise: Proven experience working within the Solana ecosystem and a working knowledge of writing Anchor code.
• React Mastery: You are deeply comfortable with React and TypeScript, with a specific ability to integrate smart contracts directly into frontend applications.
• Technical Literacy: Ability to read Anchor code to understand underlying smart contract logic and translate it into functional frontend infrastructure.
• Performance Focused: Experience in improving transaction submission rates and speed, ensuring a responsive experience even during high network congestion.
• Product Mindset: A skilled engineer with a background in high-growth startups or fast-moving product teams where speed and impact are prioritized.
• Problem Solver: A high-agency individual who thrives in ambiguity, capable of breaking down complex challenges and leading features end-to-end with minimal guidance.
• Domain Interest: Passionate about DeFi, crypto, or blockchain technologies and excited to contribute to the future of social finance.
