Software Verification Engineer – Intelligent Device Management (m|f|d)

Your role

Join the growing Software Team as Senior Verification Engineer in our headquarter in Bergisch Gladbach and participate in the development of the connectivity platform and contribute to our mission of curing cancer.

• You are part of a cross-functional agile team and cooperate with product owner, software developers, other verification and DevOps engineers on a daily basis.
• Guidance and coordination of verification efforts in the area of connectivity
• Software verification and an elevated level of test automation is your mission.
• You are responsible to plan, create, document and execute test cases to ensure a high software product quality. In case of findings, you closely collaborate with software developers to fix the bugs.
• Backed up by your knowledge and experience, you contribute to continuously improve the team performance and our test processes
• Implement and use AI tools to ensure a future proof and scalable verification workflow

Who you are

• You have successfully completed a degree in computer science, or you have a comparable qualification.
• You have professional experience as Software Verification Engineer.
• It would be a plus if you have worked in the medical device industry, biotechnology, or another regulated industry.
• Experience in the verification and automation (enabled by AI) of distributed systems and communication protocols such as MQTT, NATS or similar.
• You are knowledgeable in a programming and/or scripting language. We are mainly using C++ and Python, but other skills are welcome, too.
• You have an agile mindset, are solution-oriented, proactive, self-organized, pragmatic, and prefer working in an international environment.
• Your proficient language skills in English and preferably in German round up your profile.
