Job Summary:
Your Responsibilities:
Analyze requirements, user stories, and technical specifications to create comprehensive test cases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing on web/desktop/ mobile UI and embedded systems is an added advantage.
Ensure compliance with internal testing standards and guidelines.
Design and implement automation frameworks for Software testing and UI testing.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks using appropriate tools and technologies suited to the application under test.
Provide the traceability between bugs, tests and requirements.
Contribution to the ongoing development of the software qualification process.
Support in expanding and maintaining the test infrastructure, as well as integrating and developing additional tools and methodologies in collaboration with other experts.
Your profile:
· Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
· Experience testing Desktop/Web Applications including hardware interaction and firmware validation.
· Understanding industrial communication protocols like CAN Bus, Ethernet IP based etc.
· Strong experience in UI, regression, smoke, functional testing and API testing
· Strong knowledge of testing methodologies like Software development/test lifecycle (SDLC/STLC).
· Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Robot Framework) (Not Mandatory)
· Familiarity with scripting languages like python, Java and version control (Git).
· Experience with test management tools like Xray, TestRail, or any similar applications.
· Very conscientious and structured work style with a strong personal commitment to quality.
· Ideally, prior knowledge in the fields of industrial automation and security would be beneficial.
· Embedded devices experience is an added advantage.
· ISTQB or equivalent certification would be an advantage.
