About The Role

We are hiring a senior, software-first Solutions Architect who has built real systems, can design scalable cloud-native applications, and knows how to thoughtfully integrate AI into products while working closely with customers and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

Design end-to-end application architectures for complex, distributed software systems, focusing on scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.

Make core architectural decisions around APIs, service boundaries, data models, integration patterns, and synchronous/asynchronous communication.

Design and integrate AI/GenAI features (e.g., LLM-powered features, RAG systems, AI-assisted workflows) into production applications.

Review and validate solution designs and implementations, identifying technical debt, architectural risks, and modernization opportunities.

Collaborate with customers, business analysts, and engineering teams to translate business requirements into clear, implementable software architectures.

Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software development experience, primarily in backend or full-stack engineering roles.
• Proven experience designing and delivering production-grade distributed systems, not just proof-of-concept architectures.
• Strong understanding of application architecture including APIs, data modeling, system integration, scalability, and fault tolerance.
• Hands-on experience with cloud-native application design on AWS, with clear separation from infrastructure or DevOps ownership.
• Experience integrating AI/GenAI into software applications, including LLM APIs, data pipelines, or AI-enabled workflows (training and MLOps not required).
