Software Quality Assurance Engineer - SQA

We're looking for an experienced Software Quality Assurance Engineer (SQA) to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for creating and maintaining tests, both manual and automated, to ensure our products are reliable and work well. You'll work closely with both the development and QA teams to help deliver high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work with development and QA teams to understand what the projects need and come up with effective ways to test them.
• Run tests, look at the results, and report any issues, working together with the development team to fix them.
• Test software systems, document findings, maintain them, and support them when needed.
• Develop and run tests for different applications and report on your findings.
• Conduct integration tests for APIs and services to ensure everything works well together.
• Follow industry-standard practices for quality control to ensure our software meets high standards.

Minimum Requirements:

• A minimum of three years of practical experience in Quality Assurance.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• A strong grasp of software testing fundamentals, methodologies, and effective practices.
• Proficiency in Unit, Integration, and Load testing techniques.
• Proven track record in testing intricate web applications and APIs.
• Exceptional attention to detail paired with outstanding analytical capabilities.
• Active participation in the expansion of our test automation capabilities.
• Experience in both manual and automated testing environments.

Desirable Skills:

• Basic familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Python.
• Understanding of the QA role within Agile/Scrum development processes.
• Fundamental knowledge of Software Engineering principles and methodologies.
• Introductory knowledge of Docker, Postman, and Git.

Working Policy: Hybrid model with 3 days in-office and 2 days remote work.
