Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with 10+ years of experience in the IT/software industry to lead enterprise-scale SaaS and digital transformation initiatives. This role drives enterprise-wide digital transformation programs that modernize platforms, elevate customer experience, and deliver measurable improvements in customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate operates confidently at the executive level, translating business vision into structured delivery while aligning technology, people, and processes.

Responsibilities:

• Own and lead end-to-end SaaS and digital transformation programs, from strategy to execution
• Partner with executive stakeholders to define program vision, outcomes, and roadmaps
• Oversee multi-stream program delivery, ensuring outcomes are achieved on time and within budget
• Establish strong program governance, executive reporting, and decision frameworks
• Proactively manage risks, dependencies, and cross-program impacts
• Lead vendor, system integrator, and third-party partnerships
• Drive delivery excellence, continuous improvement, and effective change management

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in Project management within SaaS, cloud, or digital transformation projects
• PMP, PgMP, SAFe, or Agile certifications
• Experience with CRM, ERP, or customer-facing digital platforms
• Exposure to global or multi-region transformation programs
• Proven track record of delivering large-scale, enterprise SaaS transformations
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms and system integrations
• Deep experience with Agile, SAFe, and hybrid delivery models
• Executive-level communication skills with the ability to influence senior leadership
• Strong commercial acumen, including budget ownership and vendor management
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and drive results in fast-paced environments
