BlackStone eIT, a leading computer software company, is seeking a highly motivated Software Pre-Sales Engineer to join our team. As a Software Pre-Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our sales efforts. You should have a strong background in responding to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs. also you will create technical and commercial proposals and deliver technical presentations to clients when needed.
Responsibilities
1. Pre-Sales Support:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical solutions that meet their needs.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop tailored solutions that address their specific business challenges.
2. Proposal Development:
- Respond to RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs with comprehensive and competitive proposals.
3. Technical Presentations:
- Prepare and deliver compelling technical presentations and demonstrations to prospective clients.
4. Solution Design:
- Work closely with the product and engineering teams to design solutions that are feasible and align with the company's product offerings.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience as a pre-sales engineer in the computer software industry
- Proven track record of successful pre-sales engagements, including delivering high-quality demonstrations and presentations
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to understand customer needs
- Knowledge of software development methodologies and technologies
- Ability to work effectively in a team and individually
