Software Implementation Consultant

TLDR

Guide clients through the implementation of the Sana Commerce solution, integrating software with existing systems while ensuring effective adoption and resolving challenges.

What you'll be doing:

  • Implementing our state-of-the-art e-commerce solution (Sana Commerce) for clients positioned globally.
  • Carrying out functional testing throughout the implementation process to ensure the solution meets requirements.
  • Delivering user training to clients and providing guidance on the effective adoption of SaaS-based solutions.
  • Reporting project progress to the Project Manager and maintaining and updating project reporting documentation.
  • Collaborating closely with technical teams, developers, and internal stakeholders to support implementation activities.
  • Providing support to customers during the implementation.
  • Supporting and guiding customers during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure the solution meets business requirements.
  • Keeping up to date with new functionality introduced in the latest product releases.

What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in implementing software solutions, preferably in ERP or e-commerce platforms.
  • Experience working with ERP systems such as Microsoft Dynamics, SAP is an added advantage.
  • Should possess excellent communication skill in English.
  • Basic technical understanding of APIs, web services, and system integrations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong customer-facing and stakeholder management skills.
  • Understanding of B2B e-commerce processes
  • Hands-on experience with AI technologies is considered an advantage.
