The Position
Responsible Gaming is a critical part of FanDuel Core Products & Experiences.
This role covers managing one of our Responsible Gaming teams, and you’ll be involved with all aspects of the SDLC from planning to production support as well as coaching, mentoring and assessing the performance of software engineers of varying levels.
This role would suit new or existing managers with previous hands-on experience of software development in either Java or Python, and experience of working in a feature team where your contribution is measured by the impact of the features you deliver to our customers. You’ll be responsible for leading moderate-sized projects or features within a team. Stakeholder management skills and dealing with ambiguity are key.
