The AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme, supported by DEG Impulse offers a unique pathway for individuals aspiring to build or advance a career in software development and data engineering. 

This apprenticeshp program is designed for software engineers with prior experience who are looking to upskill and align their competencies with international delivery standards. The program combines structured technical upskilling with hands-on experience on real-world projects. 

Participants will work closely with experienced engineers, received continuos feedback, and apply best practices in a profesisonal delivery environment. Successful apprentices maybe ocnsidered for a full-time role upon completion of the program, subject to performance and business needs. Training program will be run different specializations such as Data Engineering, Python Backend + AI App Developpment, Java Backend, JavaScript Full Stack and DevOps.

Engagement Type: Onsite Full-time Paid Apprenticeship

Duration: 4 months upskilling + real-world project exposure from Monday - Friday (10 hrs per day)

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in a structured upskilling program focused on software engineering best practices
  • Contriubte to real-work projects aligned with internation client standards
  • Impletment features, fix defects, and improve systems under guidance.
  • Collaborate with corss-functional teams
  • Receive regualr feedback and coaching.

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years prior experience in softwared development or related technical roles. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sience, Information Technology and Computer Engieerning or related technical field.
  • Engineers with piror experience who want to level up their skills
  • Candidates comfortable receiving feedback and learning intensively
  • Professionals aiming to transition into international project enveironments
  • Individuals committed to demonstrating readiness for a full-time role
