The AmaliTech Apprenticeship Programme, supported by DEG Impulse offers a unique pathway for individuals aspiring to build or advance a career in software development and data engineering. 

This advanced apprenticeship program is designed for engineers who are ready to refine tehir technical maturity, ownership, and delivery standards while working on production-level systems. Participants will engage in structured upskilling combined with hands-on contribution to real-world projects aligned with international delivery expectations. 

Participants will work closely with experienced engineers, received continuos feedback, and apply best practices in a profesisonal delivery environment. Successful apprentices maybe ocnsidered for a full-time role upon completion of the program, subject to performance and business needs. Training program will be run different specializations such as Data Engineering, Python Backend + AI App Developpment, Java Backend, JavaScript Full Stack and DevOps.

Engagement Type: Onsite Full-time Paid Apprenticeship

Duration: 4 months upskilling + real-world project exposure from Monday - Friday (10 hrs per day)

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in an advanced upskilling program focused on software engienering best practices and international delivery standards
  • Work on production - level systems and real-world projects under structured guidance
  • Take ownership of assigned features, tasks, or components from implementation to delivery
  • Write clear, maintainable, and testable code following estabilished standards
  • Actively receive and apply feedback to improve technical and professional performance
  • Demonstrate reliability, accountability, and quality in day-today work

Required Qualifications

  • More than 2 years of prior experience in softwared development or related technical roles. 
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Sience, Information Technology and Computer Engieerning or related technical field.
  • Engineers aiming to bridge the gap to senior-level international delivery
  • Professionals seeking structured upskilling through real project exposure
  • Candidates ready to demonstrate ownership, reliability, and quality
  • Individuals aspiring to secure a full-time role after the apprenticeship.
