Hey, I’m Aman, and I run Software Engineering Accelerator - a coaching business that helps people land software engineering jobs and get the training they need to grow their careers. I also work in the YouTube space, helping creators improve their channels with smart strategies and strong visuals.

At the heart of everything we do is a simple mission: make learning and career growth accessible, effective, and actually fun.

We’re a small but growing team that cares a lot about supporting learners and creators. We value curiosity, creativity, and a willingness to experiment. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment where your work directly impacts real people’s lives, you’ll feel right at home here.

We’re looking for a Head of Student Success & Fulfillment - someone who’s experienced, structured, and excited to build systems that make learning smooth and impactful. You should be a strategic thinker who loves improving processes, supporting students, and creating predictable, high-quality program delivery.

In this role, you will:

📌 Lead and support the Student Success and Fulfillment team
📌 Oversee onboarding, engagement, and success tracking for clients and students
📌 Collaborate with content and education teams to improve learning materials and delivery
📌 Build and document fulfillment processes that scale with growth
📌 Manage tools like Notion, HubSpot, and Slack for efficient workflows
📌 Monitor satisfaction metrics and improve the overall client journey
📌 Partner with the founder to align fulfillment with company goals

This is a full-time role with preferred overlap in EST hours.

Requirements

Must-have requirements:

✅ 5+ years in client success, student success, or program management
✅ Proven experience improving fulfillment processes or educational delivery
✅ Strong communication and relationship-building skills
✅ Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
✅ Experience managing remote or distributed teams
✅ Comfortable using modern tools (HubSpot, Notion, Slack, etc.)
✅ Passionate about helping clients achieve meaningful outcomes

Brownie points:

⭐ Background in education, coaching, or online learning
⭐ Experience in service-based or training organizations
⭐ Ability to design systems that improve engagement
⭐ Understanding of curriculum delivery or instructional design
⭐ Located in or able to overlap with EST hours

The ideal candidate is someone with a builder mindset who enjoys creating structure from scratch. You stay calm under pressure, communicate clearly, think strategically, and lead with empathy.

You take ownership, adapt quickly, and love delivering experiences that genuinely help people grow.
