About the role
As a Software Engineer on our Video team you would be a key part of development on Video AI - which helps videographers looking to enhance their videos with 4K Upscaling, Motion Deblur, Frame Rate Enhancement and other features driven by our AI engine. Your responsibilities would include feature development, stability, optimization and more. Our product engineers work on everything from application architecture to frontend features. You will be joining an awesome team that sets a high standard for craftsmanship and feature delivery.
About you
- 2+ years in C++ or JavaScript
- Experience working on customer-facing products
- Strong sense of user experience
- High aptitude for computer programming
- Proven ability to learn and be effective in new technologies
- You enjoy independence and a high level of responsibility
- You exhibit an unusually strong work ethic
Preferred
- Experience working with modern, reactive UI frameworks
- Experience writing asynchronous code
- Exposure to native app development on Windows / MacOS
- Exposure to image or video encoding/decoding and file formats
Love
- Photographers and videographers!
- Qt/QML development experience
- Some experience working on applications involving video or live streaming
- Exposure to video or image file formats (MP4, MOV, MKV, …)
- Working knowledge of video codecs
- Experience running deep learning models or working with ML frameworks
- Exposure to ffmpeg or OpenCV
