What we are looking for:

Computer Science (or related technical field) graduates or final semester students
Good programming skills in at least one of the following languages: C/C++, C#, Java or Python
Knowledge of Data Structures and Algorithms
Basic knowledge of SQL and relational databases
Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively
