Fortanix is looking for a Software Engineer to join our Client Integrations team based in Bangalore. In this role, you will play a critical role coding in Rust & various programming languages . You will work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance and optimize the performance and scalability of our cloud security solutions.

In this role, you will:

• Contribute to a friendly and helpful company culture
•     Design and implement secure client components written in various languages.
•     Develop and maintain integrations for various cryptographic interfaces ( KMIP, PKCS11, JCE Etc )
•     Help deploy, monitor, and tune the performance of our software.
•     Participate in peer code review, which we believe results in a higher quality product.
•     Follow security best practices (Do not worry, we will tell you what they are)

Requirements

•   3-8 years of professional experience as Software Engineer.
•   Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, databases, operating systems, etc
•   Hands on experience in any of Rust, C++  Golang or Java.
•  Should be able to pickup RUST quickly.
•   Hands on experience working with  databases.
•   Experience working in Linux environment, Distributed/scalable systems.
•   Experience/Knowledge in Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, etc.
•   Coursework and/or professional experience in computer architecture and operating systems.
•   A bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent training
• Having Security experience is a plus
• Excellent communication and collaboration skill
