  • experience in cloud-native development (AWS/GCP optional)
  • experience with CI/CD, Git, Jenkins/GitLab CI
  • proven experience in the application of Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and/or other agile methods
  • Strong team player with leadership capabilities
  • Solution-oriented communicator, even under pressure
  • Self-driven with a strong understanding of the bigger picture
  • Strong mentoring skills
  • Fluent English written and oral skills. German is a plus
