What you’ll do

• Design, develop and maintain high-performance, multi-asset trading systems and supporting infrastructure
• Build reliable, scalable, and performant software used directly by investment professionals across the globe
• Partner closely with key stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions
• Improve system stability, scalability, and observability in a production trading environment

What’s required

• 3 to 8 years of software engineering experience
• Proficiency in Java or Kotlin
• Experience working with real-time or event-driven systems
• Familiarity with Linux, networking fundamentals, and production support practices
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced trading environment
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards
