Role Overview
We are seeking a Software Engineer to join our Plugin Development Team, whose responsibilities will include integrating various systems, including carriers, sales channels, ERP, and warehouse management systems, into our platforms. You’ll use your expertise in .NET, REST/SOAP, and modern web technologies to design, implement, and support scalable, cloud-based solutions.
The successful candidate will work closely with Product Owners and Architects, contributing to both the development of new features and ongoing process improvements with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain carrier and WMS integrations in accordance with company standards and methodologies.
- Determine optimal technical approaches based on provided requirements.
- Develop new features in alignment with Product Owners or Architects.
- Collaborate with internal and external teams, providing timely updates on task and project status.
- Investigate, debug, and resolve technical issues effectively.
- Proactively identify areas for process improvement and recommend enhancements to documentation.
- Gather and share customer feedback with internal teams.
- Provide L3 support to internal and external customers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Proven hands-on experience with:

.NET, ASP.NET, Entity Framework
- Understanding of REST and SOAP architectures
- Familiarity with Cloud-based platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS)
- Basic understanding of HTTP and Internet protocols
- Experience working with APIs and system integrations preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
