You will join a highly skilled engineering team focused on building secure, scalable, and automated systems that support cyber‑crime and malware disruption initiatives. Your work will be critical in designing and enhancing cloud-native, AI-powered CI/CD pipelines that enforce security and governance standards, ensuring safe and reliable software delivery at scale. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive adoption of secure development best practices, and contribute to innovation in engineering systems.
Design, develop, and optimize automated build and deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for cloud-native applications and AI-powered solutions.
Implement automated compliance checks for security and responsible AI standards within the development lifecycle.
Collaborate with engineering teams to integrate security and governance controls into deployment workflows.
Improve integration, deployment, and observability tools to support medium- to large-scale distributed systems.
Ensure solutions are scalable, resilient, and secure, following DevOps, DataOps, and MLOps best practices.
Stay current with emerging technologies and contribute to continuous innovation in engineering systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience creating and deploying build pipelines in Azure DevOps.
Minimum 5 years of experience working on medium-scale AI systems.
Minimum 5 years of experience with network security, identity, and authentication fundamentals.
Strong expertise in designing reusable, high-quality CI/CD pipelines for complex systems.
Hands-on experience with Windows and Linux environments.
Proficiency with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.
Knowledge of cloud-native architecture and secure software development lifecycle principles.
Familiarity with DataOps, MLOps, and AIOps practices.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
Experience with cloud platforms and services such as Azure (beyond DevOps).
Background in AI/ML systems and applying responsible AI principles.
Strong coding skills in Python, C#, and/or Shell scripting.
Familiarity with security automation and compliance frameworks.
Salary Range
Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $105,000 - $115,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
