Software Engineer (Mid- Senior)

We’re looking for a experienced Software Engineer who’s passionate about solving real problems, shaping scalable systems, and lifting the technical bar across teams. You’ll work in a collaborative, high-performing environment where your code and your ideas make a genuine impact.

What you’ll do

- Lead the design and delivery of scalable, secure, and maintainable software solutions
- Collaborate with BAs, QAs, DevOps, and Product to deliver high-quality, business-ready features
- Mentor other engineers and set the standard for clean, testable, maintainable code
- Drive platform modernisation by helping migrate legacy systems to modern architectures
- Improve processes, automation, and team efficiency through smart technical decisions
- Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and incident response
- Promote responsible use of AI and new technologies within the engineering team

Requirements

- Strong experience in software engineering with a modern tech stack (preferably .NET, C#, Web API, .NET Core)
- Strong understanding of CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated testing
- Experience designing and delivering scalable systems in a cloud environment (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Solid understanding of design patterns, clean code, and architecture principles
- Skilled at debugging, performance tuning, and improving system reliability
- Comfortable mentoring others and working across disciplines to get things done
- Practical mindset — progress over perfection
