The Payaut Engineering department is looking for a Full Stack Software Engineer to support our marketplace solution Nuvei-Payaut. As a Full Stack Software Engineer, your key focus will be on designing, implementing, testing and monitoring new functionalities to the platform. You will build our product and features: ultimately being responsible for full life-cycle development, front-end to back-end, Java to Javascript.

We don't believe in handing work over to dedicated deployment teams, getting your software solutions from ideation to production is fully your responsibility. Not only that, but you’ll also be responsible for identifying and improving parts of the platform to make it more robust and scalable!

Requirements

• 6+ years’ hands-on experience in Engineering 2+ years working in Java/Kotlin and Typescript/Javascript
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform, Spring, Vue.js, Gitlab and Kubernetes are a plus
• Experience in the Payments industry
• True eagerness to take on any challenge Genuine motivation and excitement about (Software) Engineering!
• Good understanding of microservices and how distributed systems expand
• Software testing – We do our own testing!
• Understanding banking operations, banks or payment provider – really important not a must
• A keen and efficient problem-solving ability
• Fluent English language skills - extra languages are a plus!
