As a Software Engineer at LeadVenture, you aren't just writing code; you are engineering solutions. You will join a high-performing Agile team where your ideas count and your code ships to real users.
Build & Scale: You will design, develop, and deliver well-structured, maintainable code in C#, .NET Core, and ASP.NET MVC.
Solve Hard Problems: You will apply your knowledge of Data Structures and SQL to solve complex architectural and performance challenges.
Innovate with AI: We don't just want you to code harder; we want you to code smarter. You will actively use and explore AI tools to enhance productivity and solve engineering problems.
Global Collaboration: You will work side-by-side with engineering and product teams in the US, gaining deep exposure to international distributed development.
Your Toolkit & Experience
We are looking for someone who has professional shipping experience and is ready to take on more ownership.
The Essentials:
Experience: A minimum of 1.5 years of professional experience in software development.
Tech Stack: Demonstrated proficiency in C# and the .NET ecosystem. You know your way around MVC and .NET.
Foundations: Solid grasp of OOP principles, SQL database concepts, and Data Structures. You write clean, testable code.
Education: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Global Collaborator: You are flexible and adaptable, ready to collaborate with US colleagues. This includes occasional evening overlaps or participation in on-call rotations to support the global platform.
