Our team is growing and we are looking for a Mid/ Senior Software Engineer, to help us solve some of the most exciting and meaningful challenges in AI today. 

Requirements

Your Role at LatticeFlow AI  ♟️

As a member of our team, you’ll have a central role in designing, building, and scaling our product core backend infrastructure, focused on data management and MLOps integrations. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and iterate on core backend infrastructure.
• Collaborate with and support FE, ML, and QA Engineers on designing and building integrations to 3rd party MLOps tools.
• Participate in product discussions and help deliver secure, robust, responsive, and scalable systems.
• Optimize application performance and troubleshoot complex issues in production environments.
• Help make decisions about our backend tech stack.

What you’ll bring to our team?

• Fundamental knowledge of databases (PostgreSQL, Redis), networking, computer architecture and other backend technologies (e.g. caching, Ngnix, OAuth, …).
• Strong proficiency in Python or another non-functional programming language and related tools for backend development.
• Experience in building secure, scalable and reliable systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) or MLOps tools is a plus.
