What we are expecting from you (i.e. the qualifications you must have):
- Administer, maintain, develop, and implements improvements to SharePoint sites and sub sites on NGANet (COE) and SBU.
- Maintain and augment web sites to include daily updates to application functionality in support of requests.
- Perform SharePoint Site Collection Services.
- Set permissions of site collections in accordance with the SharePoint Security Model.
- Assess, recommend improvements to, and deliver an updated version of the SharePoint Security Model.
- Create and modify site templates, to include the development of Style Sheets.
- Monitors SharePoint sizing and usage limitations, to include developing and implementing solutions to avoid sizing threshold breaches and site performance problems.
- Submit requirements within Service+ for any compute, storage, database, SharePoint, or Tableau infrastructure provisioning to be fulfilled by the UDS contractor.
Required Skills:
- Experience with geospatial extensions and relevant application software such as MAPINFO and/or ESRI Arc suite of applications.
- Demonstrated proficiency in:
- Visual Basic, .NET architectural, and modern programming languages such as, but not limited to, Python, Java, JavaScript, HTML, and NGA system architecture.
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2 years’ experience
Desired Skills:
- Basic experience working well in a team.
- Basic experience using a logical approach to work, understand a problem, identify what is wrong, and come up with a solution that is effective, suitable, and feasible.
- Basic time management skills.
- Basic experience explaining technical concepts to others may not have a technical background.
Required Level of Security Clearance: TS/SCI with CI-Poly
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
