Software Engineer (Golang)

We are Sinch. We are leading global communication Platform (cPaas) provider – the connector between the two through our messaging, voice and video solutions. By year end Sinch will be close to 4000 employees in more than 50 countries with one of our engineering hub at Noida location.

Our APIs and platform deal with over 145 billion engagements annually. Sinch, 2nd largest cPaaS and messaging provider in the world is looking for a Golang Developer at its India location to help launch a bug free, scalable and innovative products in the market.

The essence of the role

• Our engineering team needs to be filled with new and awesome Fullstack (GoLang and React) developers. We have a modern microservice architecture and the platform hosted on cloud and own data centres using many cloud technologies.
• We are expanding several of our engineering teams, working on cutting edge technologies in cPaaS industry like Google RCS, WhatsApp, Apple business chat, as well as common services such as Data, BI, Identity and access solution.

As our new ROLE you will:

• Be heavily involved in turning user stories into code. This is hands on code design and coding role.
• Work with high availability and high throughput backend services.
• Work in an agile and cross functional team
• Maintain and improve development methodologies and best practice.

Who are you?

Passion for coding in the most important ingredient for success. An ideal candidate would be someone has good experience in GoLang and React and has worked with cloud native technologies. We are a bunch of enthusiastic problem solvers who enjoy solving complex matters. Teamwork and communication skills are essential.

As a proficient FullStack developer, you should have:

• Experience: 2-4 yrs
• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E./MCA

• Programming Skills Core GoLang, PHP, React, Javascript, HTML, CSS
• Knowledge of Concurrency Design Patterns
• Knowledge of Microservices Architecture
• Database like MySql and Mariadb
• Good working knowledge of Redis.
• Very good analytical skills and communication skills
• Knowledge of any Unit Testing Framework for Golang and React
• Knowledge of project lifecycle.
