Who are we looking for?:

We are looking for a someone who can program in any one language like a champ. You should have singlehandedly built a couple of applications and you <3 programming.

You should be able to communicate well as you'll have to explain and justify your work. The capability to run with other people's ideas and improve upon them is integral.

What will you work on:

We work on building APIs for merchants and banks; tools and interfaces for merchants, employees and banks; data security and mining. We'll figure out what you'll exactly work on once you join us

Education: Degree is not relevant

Knowledge and Skills:

1. Problem solving skills
2. Knowledge of Linux/Unix platforms
3. Exposure to Php, Java , SQL scripting, Javascript, CSS, or Bash Scripting will give you an edge
4. You know data structures well
5. Interest in design elements and good taste in UI/UX design will be additionally impressive

 Other Expectations:

• Experience: People with zero to 18 months of experience can apply
• Ability to work independently and with minimal instructions and sleep
• Crushing guilt follows when you deploy without thorough testing 
• You've often stayed up all night to work on personal projects
• Active involvement in academic projects
