Job summary
We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer - Fullstack with 3+ years of experience to join our dynamic and innovative team. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of scalable web applications using Java on the backend and React on the frontend. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, reliable software that meets customer and business needs.
What you will do
- Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, architects, and QA to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack web applications using Java (backend) and React (frontend).
- Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following established coding standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews to improve code quality, consistency, and alignment with architecture guidelines.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues and production defects in a timely manner.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and ensure seamless communication between frontend and backend services.
- Contribute to technical discussions, design decisions, and incremental improvements to system architecture.
- Stay current with emerging technologies, tools, and frameworks to continuously improve development processes.
What you will have
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).

3+ years of professional experience building full-stack web applications.
Strong backend development experience with Java (Spring / Spring Boot preferred).
Solid frontend experience with React, including modern JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
Experience with state management libraries (Redux or equivalent) and component-based UI design.
Good understanding of relational databases and SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL); experience with ORMs such as Hibernate/JPA is a plus.
- Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs; familiarity with JSON, authentication, and authorization concepts.
- Working knowledge of unit and integration testing on both frontend and backend.
- Familiarity with Git-based workflows, code reviews, and Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Nice to have
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker).
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and basic DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of security best practices, including secure coding and API authentication (JWT, OAuth2, OIDC).
- Familiarity with modern build tools and frameworks (Webpack, Vite, Next.js).
- Basic understanding of PKI, cryptography, or code signing is an added advantage.
- Exposure to AI/LLM concepts or interest in working with emerging technologies.
