Meet the Personal Injury team
The Personal Injury team is a specialist division within LEAP, focused on building software for personal injury lawyers. We’re a cross-functional team of legal professionals, software engineers, designers, and client-focused specialists, working closely together to deliver practical products used every day by PI firms.
Our work is guided by in-house Australian Personal Injury Lawyers and informed by a well-established client feedback function, ensuring our products are shaped by real legal practice and continue to evolve in line with how lawyers actually work.
What you'll do
You'll collaborate with a variety of stakeholders including product owners and client operations to translate greenfield ideas and concepts into functional web applications to be made available in LEAP Legal Software. With the support and infrastructure of our wider Engineering organisation (LEAP Dev), you'll have full responsibility over building and maintaining these applications. The work you'll do initially will be 50% frontend and 50% backend.
