Software Engineer, Full-Stack (Java, Spring, TypeScript, Angular) (F/M/D)

HOW YOU WILL MAKE AN IMPACT

• You will be at the forefront of designing an innovative client-server architecture to bring high-performance 3D data rendering and computer vision to a simple-to-use and interactive web interface 

• You will have the opportunity to develop the Java and Spring-based application server which drives the web client and the mobile positioning app 

• You will get to support the development of the PostgreSQL/PostGIS database which stores geospatially referenced data 

• You will contribute significantly to the implementation of features for digital enrichment of the environment using geospatial SQL, REST, Angular, and Three.js 

• You will have the chance to collaborate with highly experienced software engineers, get guidance and gain valuable insights from them

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED IN THE ROLE

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in object-oriented software development 

• Profound experience with Java, the Spring framework, and Hibernate or other ORMs 

• Expertise in implementing web applications which make heavy use of Angular and TypeScript, knowing both the language and common libraries  

• A good understanding of HTML and CSS and how to implement designs in close collaboration with UX/UI designers 

• A degree in computer science, or similar; or self-taught top-notch coding skills  

• Rock-solid cloud experience, preferably with AWS services (preferable) 

• Excellent communication skills in English 

• Experience with Linux, C++ and geospatial data, as well as knowledge of 3D graphics in web development, would be an added benefit
