Do you have a passion for building innovative technology solutions? Our Privacy team is seeking a talented Software Engineer to join us in Neuilly-sur-seine or Boulogne-sur-Mer. We build the Privacy and Digital Ethics SaaS solutions of the EQS product portfolio and enjoy delivering cutting-edge technology to our customers and provide them with products they love.


The Engineer missions include: 

  • Working across all potential features and tasks part of the product roadmap and technical roadmap, from technical design to production delivery. Your goal is to master the product and be fluent when it comes to deliver value
  • Ensuring execution meets the expectations in terms of business and technical value
  • Have an appetite for progress, for you and your team

Structured in the squad model with an Engineering Manager/Product Manager/Product Designer trio, we are always looking for the next improvements and the biggest impacts. 

Your mission 
  • Bring your expertise and knowledge to the Privacy cockpit roadmap to build an evolving and powerful solution. You’ll need to be involved in the roadmap and all the technical work it implies, so that we make the right decisions with the Engineering Manager and the rest of the team. Of course, without compromise on code quality and observability!
  • Have efficient and effective communication regarding technical implementations. Be proactive, challenge ideas with the right mindset, so that we always do our best to take the steps in the right direction.
  • Be innovative and look for improvements everywhere. Everything we do as a team, about methods, tools, and technologies, everyone is a part of the ride and can contribute.

Skills and mindset to be successful 
  • You are fluent in English and can work in an international context without trouble
  • The technical stack is important, but it should be just the right tool for a given job.
  • You are a problem solver. You can find the right balance between a clean architecture and the required implementation steps that reduce the go-to-market time.
  • Of course, you have a very solid track record in software development #CleanCode.
  • You are passionate about technology, you are a committed and engaged person who places customer satisfaction above all. You inspire others by being forward-thinking.

What about previous experience? 
  • 4+ years involved in software development with agile teams, in software architecture, or advanced development.
