About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Software Engineerl to join our Assistant Pod, which is at the core of redefining how users automate their daily tasks using Vision LLMs and an Agentic Architecture.. This is a unique opportunity to solve deep information retrieval and search relevance challenges using scalable infrastructure, cutting-edge NLP, and Generative AI.As an engineer at this level, you’ll be expected to operate with strong ownership, lead cross-team technical initiatives, and influence design choices that directly impact user experience and business outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• 6 - 10+ years of experience building backend systems or product platforms at scale.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering complex features from design to deployment.
• Recent exposure or hands-on work with LLMs or GenAI use cases in a product environment.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on impact and long-term scalability

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong backend engineering background (Java, Go, or Python preferred).
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, APIs, and data pipelines.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP/Azure), caching, and performance optimization.
• Demonstrated ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Experience building or integrating AI-driven product features in SaaS or enterprise environments.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience building or integrating AI-driven product features in SaaS or enterprise environments.
• Exposure to GenAI technologies such as LLMs, vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, FAISS), or RAG-based architectures.
• Familiarity with LangChain, LlamaIndex, or OpenAI API integrations.
• Knowledge of information retrieval, embeddings, or semantic search.
• Hands-on work with content or data systems (SharePoint, Confluence, internal wikis, etc.)
