Software Engineer - AI Focus (.NET & Cloud)

About the Role

We are looking for a Software Engineer (.NET & AI Focus) to design and build scalable backend applications while integrating AI-driven features into real-world products. The role involves developing high-quality .NET solutions, working with modern cloud technologies, and embedding AI/GenAI capabilities such as LLM-powered features and intelligent workflows. You will collaborate closely with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver maintainable, production-ready software that solves real business problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain backend services using .NET (C#).
• Build and deploy applications on AWS or Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build and release.
• Work with SQL Server or PostgreSQL for data design and performance optimization.
• Design, integrate, and maintain AI-driven features, using AI/ML solutions as part of daily development work.

Requirements

• 4 plus years experience with .NET/.NET Core development.

• Experience working with AWS or Azure cloud platforms.
• Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps practices.
• Solid database experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL.
• Strong practical experience integrating LLM-based AI features into backend services (.NET / C#)
• Strong understanding of Agentic AI systems, including tool-use, planning, and multi-step task execution
• Strong understanding of MCPs (Model Context Protocol) and experience integrating MCP servers/tools into AI-driven applications
• Hands-on experience implementing RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases/search services
• Proven ability to deploy AI workloads securely and at scale on Azure/AWS (Azure OpenAI / Bedrock preferred)
