mature successful concepts into reliable, scalable software.
Roles and Responsibilities

 Design and implement agentic AI workflows, including multi-step
reasoning, tool usage, retrieval, and structured outputs.
 Build and maintain backend services and APIs that support agent
execution, session management, and workflow orchestration.
 Develop data ingestion and retrieval pipelines to ground agent behavior
in enterprise data and documents.
 Contribute to user-facing applications that present agent outputs clearly,
including streaming responses, evidence, and status.
 Implement role-based access control and persona-aware behaviors across
services and user interfaces.
 Add observability, logging, and evaluation hooks to improve reliability,
debuggability, and quality of agent behavior.
 Collaborate with AI/ML, robotics, product, and design partners to

JavaScript/TypeScript and React or similar frameworks.
 Experience integrating AI or data-driven systems into products, including
asynchronous workflows and streaming responses.
 Strong problem-solving skills and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-
moving environments.

Preferred Qualifications
 Experience building or integrating agentic AI systems, tool-using agents,
or retrieval-augmented generation.
 Familiarity with role-based access control, permissioned systems, or
multi-tenant architectures.
 Experience with data ingestion pipelines and handling multiple content
types such as documents, images, or audio.
