What you’ll be doing

• Define and own the technical stack, ensuring it is scalable, reliable, and aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with the product team to translate the product roadmap into a clear and actionable technical roadmap.
• Contribute to the full application lifecycle by designing, coding, testing, deploying, and debugging high-quality solutions.
• Integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic, delivering seamless and performant applications.
• Develop reusable code, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate development and maintain consistency across projects.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability, proactively addressing bottlenecks and performance issues.
• Implement robust security measures and data protection practices to safeguard applications and sensitive customer data.
•  Design and manage scalable data storage solutions that ensure efficiency, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
• Build and scale efficient data pipelines to process large volumes of data with accuracy and speed.
• Work closely with front-end developers to deliver integrated, user-friendly, and efficient end-to-end solutions.

What you’ll bring to the role

• 6-9 years of experience in building large-scale products with a Bachelors or Masters Degree
• Expertise in Java and Spring or other relevant frameworks
• Knowledge of container management tools (docker-swarm, Kubernetes) is a plus An ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment
• Good knowledge in at least one of the SQL or no-SQL databases: Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra, Redis
• Good knowledge in queue (rabbitmq, Kafka, etc), cache(ehcache, Memcache)
