What you’ll be doing

  • Contribute to building and deploying AI Agents for customer service in the form of Voice Agents, Chat Agents, and Coilots at enterprise scale.
  • Contribute to the full application lifecycle by designing, coding, testing, deploying, and debugging - all with a high bar on quality.
  • Collaborate with the product and design team to translate the product roadmap into a clear and actionable technical roadmap.
  • Develop reusable code, frameworks, and libraries to accelerate development and maintain consistency across projects.
  • Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and reliability - hence proactively addressing bottlenecks and performance issues.
  • Implement robust security measures and data protection practices to safeguard applications and sensitive customer data.
  • Design and manage scalable data storage solutions that ensure efficiency, reliability, and long-term maintainability.
  • Build and scale efficient data pipelines to process large volumes of data with accuracy and speed.
  • Review work of other team members (at all levels), provide feedback to them and lead by example on all of the above factors
  • Represent the observe engineering and demonstrate thought leadership at the tech conferences by presenting solutions to complex challenges

What you’ll bring to the role

  • 3-5 years of experience in building large-scale products
  • Strong expertise in programming language in Python.
  • Good knowledge in at least one of the SQL or no-SQL databases (like Postgres, MongoDB, Cassandra)
  • In depth knowledge on some of the asynchronous communication tools (like Kafka, SQS  temporal. etc.), good understanding of popular caching tools(like Ehcache, Memcache, Redis)
  • Customer first thought process, ability to adapt quickly in a fast paced environment, Openness to learning new technologies, Ability to think and talk from first principles
