Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or a related discipline) as well as work experience of 3+ years
Excellent coding skills - should be able to convert design into code fluently.
Strong computer science fundamentals in algorithms, data structures, storage technologies, distributed computing, operating systems, etc.
Experience in designing and implementing scalable solutions in a large-scale distributed environment.
Robust and defensive coding skills using Java/Golang or any other Object Oriented Programming Language.
Strong knowledge of RDBMS and any other NoSQL database technologies (Cassandra, HBase, MongoDB, Dynamo etc.) .

Write modular, extensible, readable and performant code.
Design, build, test, and deploy cutting-edge solutions at scale.
Work in cross-functional team, collaborating with peers during the entire SDLC.
Build, develop, mentor and coach junior team members.
Follow release cycles and commitment to deadlines.
Participating actively in recruitment and nurturing of engineers as awesome as you.
