We are looking for Software Developers in Helsinki and other parts of Finland. At Rebase, as we operate on a provision-based salary model and only proceed with recruitment once a suitable customer project is confirmed. Because of this, we’re mindful of everyone’s time and typically engage in conversations when there’s a realistic project opportunity on the horizon.

Requirements

What we expect from you:

• Strong proven software development skills e.g. Java, Kotlin, Node.js, React, Angular, .NET stack, or cloud technologies

• Strong proven work experience in different projects and domains, preferably in a consulting environment

• You have already gained certain level of seniority and can work both independently as well as part of complex multivendor environments

• You could be a developer, who wants to deepen and strengthen your skills in your current role, or later move on to e.g., software architect role

• You prefer a collaborative environment and like to work as a part of a diverse team

• You are eager to learn and always looking for a better way to do things
