Software Developer - Salesforce CRM Integrations

We are looking for a Software Developer with hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM integrations. You will work closely with our Salesforce Architect, who will provide the overall strategy and design. Your role will focus on executing development tasks from start through completion—turning plans into working solutions that enhance our CRM capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy Salesforce CRM integrations based on architect-provided specifications.
• Write clean, efficient, and scalable code to support business processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other systems.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing integrations.
• Document technical processes and maintain integration-related resources.
• Ensure all development aligns with Salesforce best practices and company standards.'

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Software Developer with a focus on Salesforce CRM.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce development tools (Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, APIs).
• Experience with integration frameworks and middleware (REST, SOAP, JSON, XML).
• Ability to follow detailed task lists and deliver projects end-to-end.
• Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Preferred Skills

• Salesforce Developer certification(s).
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Familiarity with data migration and ETL tools.
• Knowledge of other CRM or ERP systems is a plus.
