OneScreen, is looking to hire an effective, knowledgeable, committed and self-motivated Software Developer to join our Pakistan team.

The job description is as follows:

• Determine operational practicality, write and implement efficient code.
• Develop software to meet consumers' and clients' needs.
• Identify areas for modification in existing programs and subsequently develop these modifications.
• Deploy software tools, processes and metrics.
• Work closely with other Developers, UX designers, Business and Systems analysts.

This job requires people who take ownership of their work and do more than what the job description says. They must have the ability to work effectively in a fast paced, collaborative environment to meet deadlines.

• At least 16 years of education in the fields of Computer Science, Software Engineering from a reputable HEC registered University.
• Must have knowlefge of: -
  • Strong Node.js, Javascript, jQuery, Rest, HTTPS and Web application development.
  • Knowledge of Web RTC or other multimedia streaming technologies would be a big plus.
  • Web servers, application servers and database systems with strong knowledge of object-oriented programming design patterns and methodologies.
  • Solid understanding of SQL, client side and server-side caching.
  • Experience of working with and understanding workflow driven systems is desirable.
• Strong analytical and development skills with the ability to quickly learn new technologies
• Should be team player with strong problem-solving skill
• A self-starter having the drive to learn, and the ability to work with minimal supervision or training.
