SOFTWARE DEVELOPER C++ (Czech Republic)

The SCIA Development team is now looking for a skilled C++ software engineer to join our team. You will have the possibility to develop the world known software for structural engineers. You will be part of experienced and friendly team where you can apply your knowledge, enthusiasm for programming and craftsmanship.

Your main task will be:

• New development based on client needs and market, maintenance of the existing product

• Work according to agile development principles, SCRUM methodology

• Architecture design of new modules, cooperation on its proposal

• Close cooperation with analytics, testers and customer support

• Adjustments and changes in application, refactoring

• Participation in knowledge sharing and continuous improvements

• Monitoring IT trends, innovation and new technologies

Requirements

Your experience and technical know-how:

• Experience in programming and algorithmization of engineering tasks

• Advanced knowledge of C++ and object-oriented programming

• Experience with development in MS Visual Studio

• Knowledge of STL

• Knowledge of GIT is your advantage

Top skills:

• Strong analytical skills, creative thinking and problem solving

• Fluency in spoken and written English

• Team player

Education:

• University degree or equivalent experience
