Qualifications and Certifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Professional Experience
Experience in software development for enterprise or large-scale systems, preferably within public sector or government-related projects.
Contribution to digital government or public sector transformation initiatives, supporting the development of modern, reliable, and secure solutions.
Ability to develop, enhance, and maintain software components in alignment with defined functional and technical specifications.
Experience collaborating with solution architects, functional consultants, testers, and business stakeholders.
Participation in system integration, configuration, testing, and deployment activities.
Commitment to code quality, documentation, and adherence to development standards and best practices.
Ability to operate effectively within structured project methodologies and governance frameworks.
Fluency in Estonian and English is mandatory (written and spoken).
