Software Developer (AI/ML)

We’re adding a Software Developer (AI/ML) to build intelligent systems that turn raw sensor data into predictive insights. You’ll design, train, and deploy Machine Learning (ML) / Artificial Intelligence (AI)  models that power the next generation of data-driven manufacturing intelligence.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop end-to-end ML pipelines—from raw sensor data to predictive outputs—using Python, Java, and AWS SageMaker.
• Build and optimize workflows for data collection, cleaning, alignment, and transformation.
• Train, validate, and deploy machine learning models at scale on AWS.
• Write clean, efficient code that integrates models into production systems.
• Design cloud-based architectures for ML inference and data processing.
• Apply regression, classification, anomaly detection, and deep learning methods to real-world data.
  

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–5 years in software development, with 2 years focused on AI/ML.
• Proficiency in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch) and Java.
• Experience with AWS (SageMaker, Lambda, S3, ECS), CI/CD, Git, and Docker. 
• Strong grasp of signal or time-series data processing: filtering, resampling, feature extraction, synchronization.
