The Delivery Specialist is a key support team member on the software/product team installing, configuring, and administering operating systems.

·        Confirm customer’s requirements post sales handoff and document accordingly.

·        Install, verify KPI software, and configure specific to project settings as collected above remotely and at the customer’s site.

·        Assist with on-site commissioning and installation of various forms of low voltage equipment (rail, lights, basic wiring).

·        Execute UAT test plans at KPI office and at the customer’s site.

·        Read log files to help diagnose KPI software issues.

·        Other duties as assigned.

·        Populate databases with KPI software settings and AutoStore parameters.

·        Interact with the client to address interface questions and answer host communication questions.

·        Edit yml, xml, and json files.

·        Internal testing to ensure readiness for successful project execution.

·        Collaborate closely with customer networking teams.

·        Integrate KPI software with various MHE equipment systems.

·        Travel to customers sites to Install and test UI remotely and at the customer’s site.

Requirements

·        Knowledge of Postman or Python to send messages is a plus.

·        SQL

·        PowerShell

·        AutoStore knowledge is a plus.

·        Low voltage electrical is a plus.

·        Read and edit SQL Scripts.

·        Regular travel to KPI COEs or costumer sites as required.
