ABOUT PROJECT
The project focuses on building and evolving a large-scale public financial platform in Latin America, with high requirements for security, scalability, and reliability. The solution is developed in close collaboration with international partners and is funded by a global financial organization. The technical implementation is based on the Microsoft ecosystem, with a strong emphasis on enterprise-grade cybersecurity and long-term support.
REQUIREMENTS
5-7+ years senior-level experience with Microsoft enterprise stack
Microsoft DP-203 or AZ-305 certification
Proven delivery in regulated or high-security environments
Technology Stack:
Strong hands-on: C# / .NET (ASP.NET Core) in enterprise environments
Practical experience: Modern JavaScript / TypeScript
Advanced proficiency: SQL Server (T-SQL)
Cloud & Infrastructure:
Azure-native services: App Services, Functions, Key Vault, Entra ID, Monitor, Defender for Cloud
DevOps & Security: Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions with SecDevOps integration
Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
Security Expertise:
Encryption, data protection, and secure communications implementation
Zero Trust architecture and Microsoft identity management (Entra ID, RBAC, PIM, Conditional Access)
DevSecOps practices: security automation, SAST/DAST, secret management in CI/CD pipelines
Secure-by-design principles, OWASP Top 10, threat modeling
Spanish: B2+ / C1 (professional working proficiency)
English: C1 (advanced professional proficiency)
Preferred Qualifications:
AZ-500 (Azure Security Engineer) or security certifications
Experience in regulated industries or compliance frameworks (GDPR, SOC 2, ISO 27001)
RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop and maintain backend solutions using C# / ASP.NET Core with security embedded by design
Implement encryption, data protection, and secure communications across all application layers
Apply Zero Trust principles and Microsoft-native security patterns across services and environments
Integrate security practices into CI/CD pipelines and operational workflows (DevSecOps)
Ensure enterprise-grade scalability, reliability, and maintainability of solutions
Maintain compliance with project governance, regulatory constraints, and documentation standards
Collaborate with technical, security, and delivery teams in regulated project environment
