We are seeking a results-driven Software Account Manager to help manage and grow relationships with existing clients while ensuring successful adoption and ongoing satisfaction with our software solutions. The Software Account Manager works closely with and supports the sales director for assigned accounts, aligning customer needs with product capabilities to drive retention, expansion, and long-term value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the sales director in managing and growing assigned existing accounts.
  • Identify and reach out to new contacts and lines of business in accounts to develop new use cases. 
  • Understand customer business objectives and translate them into software solutions.
  • Oversee education and training initiatives in the accounts.
  • Coordinate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Support teams to resolve issues and deliver value.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or related field
  • 3+ years of experience in inside sales, business development or account management for enterprise software solutions

Skills and Knowledge

  • Strong understanding of SaaS or software-based products
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Highly motivated self-starter

The anticipated salary range for candidates who will work in Redwood City, CA is $75,000 - $90,000. The final salary offered to a successful candidate will be dependent on several factors that may include, but are not limited to, the type and length of experience within the job, type and length of experience within the industry, education, etc. TigerGraph is a multi-state employer and this salary range may not reflect positions that work in other states.
