We started by building one of the most popular AI meeting notetakers out there. Supernormal’s first product made meeting prep, notes, and next steps effortless for tens of thousands of teams, and has turned meetings into moments of productivity and genuine connection.

Now we’re working on something even better - an AI tool that will take your unique work superpowers and amplify them. It’s called Radiant.

Who We’re Looking For

You’re chronically online, fast-moving, and know how to make someone stop scrolling in two seconds flat. We’re looking for a creative, hands-on Social Video Creator who is as comfortable in front of the camera as they are behind it. You’ll be responsible for growing Supernormal’s reach with bold, story-driven content that makes people feel something—in 30 seconds or less. This is your role if you:

• Live and breathe internet culture - TikTok is an obsession and you can work wonders with CapCut
• Know how to script, star in, edit, and ship short videos across social platforms daily
• Are excited to partner with hundreds of creators globally
• Want to help build a brand people genuinely care about

What You’ll Do

• Create short-form video content daily for TikTok, LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts
• Plan and produce story-driven campaigns around product launches and key moments
• Capture authentic moments with the team to bring our story to life
• Direct and support on-camera talent (mostly our team)
• Build strategies that grow organic reach and engagement
• Handle outreach and coordination of partnerships with multiple content creators

Requirements

What You Bring

• A portfolio of social-first videos that show your range, speed, and creativity
• Proven experience growing reach on social video platforms
• Confidence behind and in front of the camera
• Strong editing and post-production skills
• Bonus if you’ve done this at a startup or tech company

The Details

• Full-time role based onsite in our Stockholm office
• Start date: as soon as possible
• Fluency in English required (written and spoken)
• We care more about your energy and ideas than your CV
