About the Role

As part of our evolving Social Value (SV) strategy, we are offering a unique opportunity for a passionate individual to join us in a part-time capacity to support our customer, Department of Finance, in delivering meaningful social impact.

This role is ideal for someone living with a disability who is looking for flexible, purpose-driven work. You will work closely with the Social Value Manager and the client account team to co-ordinate and deliver initiatives that promote inclusion, community engagement, and long-term social benefit.

Key Responsibilities

You will:

  • Support the planning and delivery of Social Value initiatives aligned to our client’s goals and community priorities.
  • Assist in coordinating small-scale community engagement activities, both virtual and in-person (where accessible).
  • Help maintain records of activities, outcomes, and feedback to support reporting and continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to storytelling and communications that highlight the impact of our client’s Social Value work.
  • Participate in regular check-ins with the Social Value Manager to share updates and shape future activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and community partners to ensure initiatives are inclusive and accessible.

What We’re Looking For

You will have:

  • A genuine interest in community engagement and social impact.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
  • Comfortable using basic IT tools (e.g., email, Word, Teams).
  • Willingness to learn and contribute ideas.
  • Experience (voluntary or professional) in community, education, or advocacy work is a plus.
