In this role you will

Content Creation & Management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create, curate, and optimise engaging content (text, images, and videos) for deskbird’s social media channels with a strong focus on LinkedIn.
  • Ensure all content aligns with deskbird’s tone, voice, and brand guidelines.
  • Stay informed about industry trends to develop content that resonates with our target audience and reflects evolving customer needs.
Social Media Strategy & Execution
  • Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to boost brand visibility and drive audience engagement.
  • Monitor and analyse emerging trends to keep our social media presence fresh and relevant.
  • Engage actively with our community by responding to comments and messages, helping foster a positive and interactive online environment.
Analytics & Reporting
  • Track and analyse social media performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Provide insights and recommendations to refine future content strategies and enhance overall social media impact.

What you need to be successful

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Native-level German and excellent English communication skills.
  • Passionate about social media, with familiarity across major platforms, especially LinkedIn, and a flair for creating engaging content.
  • Basic proficiency with design and content tools (e.g., Canva) and a strong eye for visual aesthetics.
  • Highly organised, able to manage multiple tasks, prioritise effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • A creative mindset with strong attention to detail and a proactive drive to learn and improve.
  • Previous experience in social media management or digital marketing is a plus.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools for tracking and reporting social media performance is a bonus
