Summary: We are looking for an in-house full-time Social Media Videographer. As our Videographer, you’ll be at the heart of content creation, supporting the team to create high-quality video content across a range of formats and platforms. From fast-turnaround TikToks to educational YouTube videos, you’ll bring our brand to life visually. You’ll be hands-on with lighting and filming and need to be comfortable working across multiple mediums (iPhone, DSLR/mirrorless cameras, etc.) and adapting your style to suit each channel.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Capture a high volume of engaging video content optimized for social-first platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the creative, social, and production teams to execute shoots
  • Confidently set up and manage lighting to create flattering, brand-aligned visuals
  • Capture clean, clear audio for content as required
  • Shoot content using a variety of devices (from iPhone to professional camera gear)
  • Stay on top of emerging trends in social video and translate them into innovative brand content
  • Organize and maintain video files, ensuring an efficient post-production workflow
  • Bring creative ideas to the table to continuously elevate the brand’s visual output
  • Organize, maintain, and keep track of filming equipment.
  • Coordinate and organize the offload of all social filming footage and photos

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in videography, ideally within social, beauty, or lifestyle industries
  • Strong technical knowledge of video production, lighting, and sound
  • Skilled in shooting across devices, from iPhone to DSLR/mirrorless cameras
  • Proficiency in editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
  • A strong eye for detail, aesthetics, and storytelling tailored to social media
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-output environment while meeting deadlines
  • Creative, collaborative, and comfortable in front of or behind the camera when needed
  • A portfolio showcasing video work across different formats and platforms
